An Artopolis Gift Voucher is the perfect present for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, or simply to surprise someone with a unique creative experience. Every voucher is issued digitally and can be redeemed for one of our painting sessions through our online booking system.

Voucher information

Each gift voucher includes:

• Voucher number
• Issued on: DD/MM/YYYY
• Valid until: DD/MM/YYYY (3 calendar months from the date of issue)
• From
• To
• Number of participants
• Session type: regular or UV light (the technique is chosen by the recipient when booking)
• Unique voucher code
• Booking instructions

How to redeem your voucher

1. Open the link from your voucher email, or scan the QR code on the voucher.

2. Choose a technique – Splash, Spinning Tables or Airbrush. The light and the number of participants come from the voucher.

3. Pick an available date and time.

4. Fill in your details and confirm. The code is recognised automatically — you never type it in, and there is nothing to pay.

If the QR code will not open, type the address into your browser: artopolis.bg/voucher/ followed by the code on your voucher, e.g. artopolis.bg/voucher/XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Capitalisation and dashes do not matter. You can also call the studio and read the code out.

Online reservation is required before visiting.

Terms and conditions

• Gift vouchers are valid for 3 calendar months from the date of issue.
• The expiry date is printed directly on the voucher.
• Gift vouchers can be purchased exclusively online using a bank card.
• Vouchers are valid only for the light and the number of participants specified on the voucher unless otherwise stated. The technique is free to choose.
• Reservations are subject to availability.
• The voucher must be redeemed through the online booking system using the unique voucher code.
• Only one voucher code may be used per reservation unless explicitly approved by Artopolis.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or partially redeemed. If you bought a voucher online, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days while it is still unused — see the Payment and Refund Policy. After that period the voucher is not refundable.
• Lost, stolen, copied, or expired vouchers cannot be replaced or reissued.
• Gift vouchers are non-transferable and are intended for the recipient named on the voucher.
• The validity period cannot be extended under any circumstances.
• If the voucher is not used before its expiry date, it automatically becomes invalid without compensation.
• Standard Artopolis booking, cancellation, and participation policies also apply to reservations made with gift vouchers.
